Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Dog Show Schedule at dogshowschedule.com (the “Service”), operated by Stone Enterprises LLC, Marysville, Washington (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. What the Service does
Dog Show Schedule helps breeders, owners, and handlers request personalized day-of ring schedules based on publicly available judging program (JP) information and the show, dogs, and days you submit. We prepare schedules in formats such as Apple Numbers, Excel, or PDF and deliver them by email (and, where available, through your account).
2. Accuracy — you must verify against the JP
Schedules are prepared from judging program data and the information you provide. Judging programs can change (rings, times, classes, absentees, and corrections). You are responsible for verifying your schedule against the official judging program and any show-site postings before you rely on it at the show. We do not guarantee that every ring, time, or class assignment is complete or current.
3. No guarantee of show results
The Service provides scheduling information only. We do not guarantee placements, wins, qualifications, or any competitive outcome at any show. Using Dog Show Schedule does not create any warranty about your dogs’ performance.
4. Accounts, trial, and billing
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your password secure.
- New accounts receive a 30-day free trial. No card is required to start the trial.
- After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription at $20 per month or $200 per year, billed through Stripe, unless we publish a different price.
- You can cancel according to the options in your Billing page. Fees already charged for a billing period are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
- We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the Service, share credentials, or fail payment.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: misuse the Service or attempt unauthorized access; scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload our systems; submit false show or dog data in a way that harms others; resell or redistribute schedules as a competing product without our written permission; or use the Service for unlawful purposes. We may refuse or remove content and terminate access for violations.
6. Intellectual property
The Dog Show Schedule name, site design, software, and our original schedule formatting are owned by Stone Enterprises LLC or its licensors. Judging program content remains subject to the rights of its publishers. You may use delivered schedules for your own showing and handling; you may not claim our branding as your own or republish our site materials wholesale.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Stone Enterprises LLC and its officers, members, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, missed classes, travel costs, or show-related losses arising from use of (or inability to use) the Service or from schedule inaccuracies. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim or (b) $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Washington have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date and version string above will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes may also be noted at signup or by email when practical.
