This Privacy Policy explains how Stone Enterprises LLC (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use Dog Show Schedule at dogshowschedule.com (the “Service”).

1. What we collect

Account information: name, email address, and a hashed password (we do not store your plaintext password).
Dog roster: call names, breeds, classes, and related details you save.
Show requests: show or cluster name, state, dates/days, dogs entered, output preferences, and related job metadata.
Billing: subscription status and Stripe customer/subscription identifiers. Payment card details are handled by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Communications: emails you send us (for example feedback) and operational mail we send you.
Technical data: session cookies, approximate IP for rate limiting and security, and basic server logs. When you arrive through a tagged link or QR code, we log the campaign tags, landing page, time, and an anonymous visitor ID (no IP address or browser details are stored in this log).
Legal acceptance: when you agree to our Terms and Privacy Policy at signup (timestamps and version).

2. How we use information

To create and manage your account and dog roster.
To build and deliver day-of ring schedules you request.
To process trials, subscriptions, and billing with Stripe.
To send service email (account, schedule delivery, password reset, important notices).
To improve the Service, prevent abuse, and keep the site secure.
To respond to support and feedback.

3. Retention

We keep account, roster, and submission records while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for operations, dispute handling, and legal requirements. You may ask us to delete your account; we will remove or anonymize personal data where feasible, except records we must retain (for example billing history required by law or payment processors).

4. Third parties

We share data only as needed to run the Service:

Stripe — payment and subscription processing.
Hostinger — website hosting and related infrastructure.
Email providers / SMTP — transactional and delivery email (for example from info@dogshowschedule.com).

These providers process data under their own policies and our instructions. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Cookies and sessions

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in and for CSRF protection. We do not use advertising trackers as part of the core Service. You can clear cookies in your browser; doing so will log you out. We also set a first-party cookie for up to 90 days to remember which link or QR code brought you to the site (for example, a show-weekend token), so we can count visits and sign-ups by campaign; it is not shared with third parties or used for advertising.

6. No sale of personal data

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical measures (hashed passwords, access controls on data directories, HTTPS on the live site). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please use a strong unique password.

8. Children

The Service is aimed at adults who enter dog shows. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy. The date and version above will change when we do. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Policy.
