How Dog Show Schedule works

Built for handlers, owners, and breeders who want to know exactly when each dog is in the ring, without digging through the judging program.

  1. Build my schedule

Search for your show by club, city, state, or date. A cluster shows up as one card, with the day-by-day list of which club holds each day, so one pick covers the whole weekend. Choose your dogs and tick the days each one is entered. If the judging program is out, your ring schedule is ready in seconds: ring, judge, estimated time in, and how many dogs are ahead of you, sorted by time. Download it as Excel, PDF, or images, or print it.

  2. My Calendar

Browse upcoming AKC conformation shows and plan the ones you're going to. Clusters stay together as one card. Add dogs from My Dogs to each planned show and turn off any day a dog isn't entered. Planned shows are grouped by month so you can see your whole season at a glance.

  3. Schedules build themselves

Plan a show on My Calendar and add your dogs, and there's nothing to request. We check for the judging program every day, and once it's posted we build your schedule automatically. It shows up in My Schedules, and we email you when it's ready.

  4. Share your calendar

Send clients, co-owners, or family a link to your planned shows. They don't need an account to open it, and they can print a clean by-month list. If you ever want to stop sharing, tap Get a new link and the old one stops working.

  • One row for each of your entries, sorted by Time In, with the ring and judge.
  • # Before and Breeds Before show the dogs ahead of your breed in that ring, so you know when to be ringside.
  • Time In / Time Out are estimates at about 2 minutes per dog, for your class or for Best of Breed.
  • Sweepstakes entries get their own rows, and each show day ends with the Groups block.
  • Your layout, your way: pick your own columns and their order in My Schedule Format. Want it to look exactly like the one you use now? Message us on Facebook with a photo or file of your current layout and we’ll set up your profile to match.

Questions

Something look wrong on my schedule?

Message us on Facebook and we’ll fix it fast. Include the show and your dog’s call name.

What if the judging program isn't out yet?

Pick your show and dogs anyway. We'll build the schedule as soon as the judging program posts and email you. The easiest way is to plan the show on My Calendar with your dogs.

How do I change a schedule?

Open My Schedules and tap Update to change dogs, classes, or days, then build it again.

How accurate are the times?

Ring start times and order come straight from the judging program. Time in and time out are estimates at about 2 minutes per dog, so check the ring when you get there.

Who can see my dogs and schedules?

Only you, when you're logged in. Your shared calendar link shows your planned shows and nothing else, and it never gives anyone access to your account. See our Privacy Policy.
